When the fiber laser cutting machine is in use, the cutting head will walk according to the set cutting path, but the height of the laser cutting head needs to be adjusted and controlled under different materials, different thicknesses and different cutting methods. The distance between the cutting nozzle and the surface of the cutting workpiece determines one of the main factors of the cutting quality and cutting speed. In addition to selecting the appropriate cutting nozzle model and air pressure parameters according to the cutting situation, the height between the cutting head and the steel plate needs to be increased or decreased according to the thickness of the cutting material. The steel plate with different thickness uses different parameters. At the same time, the cutting nozzle should be adjusted to the corresponding height.
