What to do if the laser cutting machine resets abnormally?

1. The operation sequence is reverse (input again); Electrostatic interference (check whether the grounding wire is disconnected); (restart);
2. Computer system error (reinstall the operating system and software);
3. Check whether the left and right belts are consistent or whether the rear belt is loose (belt tension);
4. Check whether the belt or synchronous pulley is slipping or jumping (increase the synchronous pulley or belt);
5. Check whether the beam is parallel (readjust the left and right belts).
There are many reasons for the abnormal reset of the laser cutting machine:
The X axis and Y axis of the laser cutting machine move in the opposite direction and hit the side end. In this case, check whether the motherboard parameters are wrong, and stop the machine to check whether there is a problem with the motherboard parameter settings.
The control panel of the laser cutter is normal, and the X axis and Y axis do not move. You can try to unplug the sensor terminal on the motherboard to see if the machine is moving. In this case, consider replacing the sensor.
The beam resets normally, and the X axis of the laser cutter resets. The motor wire may break or the motor shaft may break. In this case, the motor wire or small motor must be replaced.
When resetting, the direction is correct, but at the vertex, the X axis or Y axis cannot stop (please check the motherboard parameters first). If it is correct, check whether the motherboard or sensor has this phenomenon, and then replace and eliminate it.
