1. The operation engineer should have the corresponding strain capacity, and be ready to deal with any sudden situation in the laser cutting process at any time. 2. The operating engineer should check the machine before operating the laser cutting machine, just as we should check the car before driving, the operating engineer should also check the surrounding environment of the machine before operating the same way to ensure their own safety and standard operation before processing;
3. The after-sales engineer shall operate the laser cutting machine in strict accordance with the high-voltage safety specifications when maintaining it, so as to reduce unnecessary errors;
4. When the operation engineer uses the auxiliary gas contained in the cylinder (bundle, dewar, etc.), the cylinder shall not be exposed to the sun and rain and placed near the fire source. When starting to use, the operator shall stand at the side of the cylinder mouth to avoid safety accidents;
5. After starting the machine, the operation engineer shall manually start the machine in the X and Y directions at low speed to observe whether the equipment operates normally;
6. The operation engineer shall input a new workpiece program into the control system, and conduct a trial run first to observe the operation, and then carry out processing operations to ensure that there is no error;
7. Pay attention to the stability of the laser cutting machine when it is working, especially when the workbench is unstable, stop the machine immediately for inspection;
