1、 Fiber laser

2、 Motor
The motor of the optical fiber laser cutting machine is the core component of the motion system. The performance of the motor directly affects the effect of product processing and production efficiency. At present, the commonly used motors are stepping motor and servo motor. A. Stepper motor:

The optical fiber laser cutting head is a laser output device, which is composed of a nozzle, a focusing lens and a focusing and tracking system. The cutting head of the optical fiber laser cutting machine will walk according to the set cutting path, but the height of the laser cutting head needs to be adjusted and controlled according to different materials, different thicknesses and different cutting methods.
4、 Laser lens

The current chillers are equipped with input and output control device switches, advanced cooling water flow, high and low temperature alarm and other functions, which make the performance more stable.
8、 CNC optical fiber laser cutting system
The control system is the leading operating system of the optical fiber laser cutting machine, which mainly controls the machine tool to achieve X, Y, Z axis movement, and also controls the output power of the laser. Its quality determines the stability of the operation performance of the optical fiber laser cutting machine. The cutting effect can be improved by software control.
9、 Air supply system
The air supply system of optical fiber laser cutting machine mainly includes air source, filtering device and pipeline. Among them, there are two kinds of air sources: bottled air and compressed air. The auxiliary gas blows away the slag when cutting metal, which plays a role of combustion support and also has a certain protective effect on the cutting head.
10、 Other parts
Air cooled dryer and filter: used to provide clean and dry air to the laser generator and beam path to keep the path and reflector working properly.
Ventilation and dust remover: smoke and dust generated during processing shall be pumped and filtered to make exhaust gas emission meet environmental protection standards.
Slag extractor: it is used to remove leftover materials and wastes generated during processing.
Stable power supply: the power supply is connected between the laser, CNC machine tool and the power supply system. It mainly plays a role in preventing interference from external power grid.
