Correct steps for changing water in laser chiller
1. Unscrew the drain port and open the water injection port for ventilation, and drain the circulating water in the laser chiller.
2. Clean water such as purified water and distilled water shall be used as the circulating water of the laser chiller.
3. Add clean circulating water to the lowest liquid level line of the water tank to avoid failure of the laser chiller due to low water volume. Of course, in order to achieve a better effect of the laser chiller, it is recommended that the liquid level be as close to the highest liquid level line as possible.
4. Screw the cover of the water inlet, and the water change of the laser chiller is completed.
Drainage method of chiller:
Remove the water pipe at the water inlet from the chiller, and then ventilate the water inlet (WATER IN) with compressed gas until the residual water in the chiller is blown out.
Drainage method of multimode laser:
Remove the water pipe at the water inlet from the laser, and then ventilate the water inlet (WATER IN) with compressed gas until the residual water in the water-cooled pipe inside the laser is blown out of the water outlet.
Drainage method of single-mode laser:
Remove the water pipe at the water inlet from the laser, and then ventilate the water inlet (WATER IN) with compressed gas until the residual water from the water cooling pipe inside the laser is blown out of the water outlet. Then plug the water inlet and outlet with water pipe (or rubber plug) to prevent dust from entering the interior of the water light.
Correct steps of adding water to laser chiller
1. Switch the working state of the laser chiller to the standby state, and unplug the power plug.
2. Open the cap at the water nozzle to add water. Purified water or other clean antifreeze can be added. The liquid level must exceed the minimum liquid level line. In order to achieve a better effect of the chiller, it is recommended that you make the liquid level as close to the maximum liquid level line as possible when adding water, and the maximum water injection volume is about 2L.
3. The drain port is a quick female connector with a valve, and the drainage operation can be completed only when the standard male connector is connected. The liquid level cap should be opened during drainage.
4. To ensure the product performance, it is recommended that you follow the above steps again after 5 minutes of startup and operation.
It is now in summer weather. After the water cooler has changed its water, its temperature should be adjusted accordingly to prevent condensation inside and outside the laser and the laser cutting head.
Requirements for temperature setting of water cooler in summer:
① The normal temperature of the laser chiller is set at 26-27 ℃
② The normal temperature of the laser chiller is set at 25.5-26 ℃ (provided that the laser is placed in the air conditioning room)
