The laser cutting machine is no longer equipped with a laser. It is recommended to carefully inspect the laser. The following measures are taken when the laser does not emit light:
(1) Check if the emergency stop switch (PIN23 pin) of the equipment is normal (when the laser is working normally, this signal is high level).
(2) Check whether the power supply of the laser is normal and whether the power supply meets the actual power supply requirements under no-load and loaded (connected to the laser) conditions.
(3) Indicates whether the optical signal is in a low level state in the marking state. If the signal of the guiding light is at a low level (PIN22 pin is at ‘0’ level) in the marking state, and if the signal of the guiding light is at a high level (‘1’ level), the laser prioritizes the output of the guiding light.
(4) Are PIN18 and PIN19 signals normal.
(5) Check whether the power supply wiring of the laser is correct, whether+24V and GND are connected in reverse, and whether the ground wire is grounded.
(6) Check if the DB25 serial port wiring of the laser is correctly wired according to the wiring definition.
(7) Check whether the power supply to the marking card is normal and whether the signal to control the laser is normal (see DB25 port definition for specific signal definitions).
(8) Is the software settings correct
