OK so this video highlighted that the gantry was twisted and that was all my fault for not checking that the CAD drawings I made were symmetrical.
They were not and I didnt know. Till we got here, 300+ hours in.
The clue was that the gantry was getting stuck as it lifted which I thought was just the overly long placeholder bolts I used till I got the right ones.
It took ages to align the first two mirrors and I couldn’t align the 3rd… That’s when the penny dropped…
The next video 12 is post a 60 plus hours weekend of rebuilding.
