When the focal point of the laser is adjusted to its minimum, the initial effect is established by spot shooting, and the focal length position is determined by the size of the spot effect. As long as we determine that the laser spot is the smallest, then this position is the best processing focal length, and then we start processing work.
2. In the front of the laser cutting machine debugging, we can use some test paper and workpiece waste to determine the accuracy of the focal length position. Moving the height of the upper and lower laser heads will result in varying sizes of laser spots. Adjust different positions multiple times to find the smallest spot position to determine the optimal focal length and laser head position.
After the installation of the laser cutting machine, a marking device will be installed on the cutting nozzle of the CNC cutting machine. Through the marking device, a simulated cutting diagram will be drawn, simulating a square of 1m. The built-in diameter is a 1m circle, and diagonal lines are drawn at the four corners. After drawing, use a measuring tool to measure whether the drawn circle is tangent to the four sides of the square. Is the length of the diagonal of the square √ 2 (the data obtained by the square root sign is approximately: 1.), the central axis of the circle should be evenly divided into the edges of the square, and the distance between the central axis and the intersection of the square should be 0.5m. The cutting accuracy of the equipment can be determined by testing the distance between the diagonal and intersection points.

1. Follow the user manual of the laser cutting machine and strictly follow the above procedure to start the equipment.
2. Personnel operating equipment must undergo training from the laser cutting machine manufacturer before they can take up their positions.
3. When processing materials, necessary protective equipment such as safety glasses must be worn.
4. Refuse to use laser irradiation and processing until the processing materials are clearly defined.
5. After the laser cutting machine is started, dedicated personnel must be present to prevent unauthorized departure. If you need to leave, you should turn off the device.
6. There should be fire extinguishers and other readily available equipment near the laser cutting machine.
7. During the processing, if any abnormal situations are found, they should be immediately stopped and then a dedicated person should be appointed for testing.
8. The laser cutting machine equipment after use must be cleaned in a timely manner to make sufficient preparations for the next processing step.
9. Regularly and timely inspect consumables such as laser tubes and auxiliary gases. Make sure it’s sufficient!
