Everyone has long heard about the flexibility and efficiency of laser cutting machine processing. Now, the conventional round hole cutting is also started to be realized by optical fiber laser cutting machine. The finished cutting product is not only smooth in section, but also flexible in changing the processing aperture to meet the diversified needs of the factory.
However, using laser cutting machine to process round holes also requires some skills. Pay attention to the following items to make the processing process smoother and the accuracy of the cut circle higher.
1. The blowing pressure is not suitable
During the blowing process, when the pressure is too low, the edge scraping and carbonization will occur, and the hole is easy to burst when the pressure is too high. Therefore, this requires the process proofing engineer and the machine to cooperate perfectly, and select the appropriate air pressure based on experience, so as to make the cut round hole fuller.
2. The round hole is too small
The scheme of laser cutting machine to cut round holes is that the ratio of round holes is 1:1, that is, the ratio of hole diameter to plate thickness is 1:1, that is, the larger the hole diameter, the easier it is to cut high-quality round holes.
Otherwise, when the energy of the fiber laser cutting machine is insufficient, it is easy to cut small holes with residual breakpoints and round holes.
3. Servo motor parameters are incorrect
Sometimes the round hole may appear elliptical or irregular, which is related to the X Y axis motion mismatch, and the direct cause of the X Y axis motion mismatch is the improper adjustment of servo motor parameters. Therefore, the quality of cutting round holes also has certain requirements for servo motors.
4. Precision error of guide rail and lead screw
If the parameter error of servo motor affects the cutting quality, the accuracy error of guide rail and lead screw will also directly lead to the round hole accuracy not meeting the expectation.
