Stepping motor has a great impact on the accuracy of laser cutting, so a good stepping motor is very necessary. Many miscellaneous motors are confused in the market, and their stability needs to be checked a lot. Generally, most manufacturers of fiber laser cutting machines choose to use imported stepping motors.
6、 Servo motor
Similar to stepping motor, it mainly affects the cutting accuracy. A good servo motor can effectively ensure cutting accuracy, positioning speed, repetition accuracy, etc., and is a very important device of fiber laser cutting machine. At present, the mainstream is imported servo motor.
7、 Laser lens
Laser lenses are often used in the whole optical fiber laser cutting equipment. Many optical devices contain laser lenses. Different lenses have different functions, such as full-reflection lenses, semi-reflection lenses, focusing lenses, etc. The quality of the lens directly affects the output power of the laser, as well as the performance of the whole machine. Similarly, lenses are also divided into domestic and imported lenses. The service life and cutting effect of domestic lenses are not as good as those of imported lenses, but their prices are far cheaper than those of imported lenses.
