1. Please observe the general safety operation rules of the laser cutting machine. Start the laser strictly according to the laser startup procedure.
2. Operators must be trained to be familiar with the structure and performance of the equipment and master the relevant knowledge of the operating system.
3. Please wear protective glasses near the laser according to the regulations.
4. Do not handle the material before it is clear that it can be irradiated or heated by laser, so as to avoid the potential danger of smoke and steam.
5. When the equipment starts to operate, the operator shall not leave the post without authorization or entrust others to take care of it. If it is necessary to leave, the operator should stop the machine or cut off the power switch.
6. Put the fire extinguisher in an easily accessible place; Close the laser or shutter when not processing; Do not put paper, cloth or other flammable materials near the unprotected laser beam.
7. If any abnormality is found during handling, shut down the machine immediately, eliminate the fault or report to the supervisor in time.
8. Keep the laser, bed and surrounding environment clean, orderly and free of oil stain, and stack workpieces, plates and wastes as required.
9. When using gas cylinders, avoid crushing welding wires to avoid leakage accidents. The use and transportation of gas cylinders shall comply with the regulations on gas cylinder supervision. Do not expose the cylinder to the sun or near the heat source. When opening the bottle valve, the operator must stand at the side of the bottle mouth.
10. High voltage safety regulations shall be observed during maintenance. Maintenance shall be carried out every 40 hours of operation or every week, every 1000 hours of operation or every six months, which shall comply with the regulations and procedures.
11. After starting the machine, manually start the machine tool in the X and Y directions at low speed to check whether there are abnormal conditions.
12. After entering a new workpiece program, you must test the operation and check its operation.
13. When working, please observe the operation of the machine tool to avoid accidents or collisions between two machine tools due to the tool exceeding the effective travel range.
