1. The reflector will be polluted by smoke and dust generated by processing after being used for a long time, which will interfere with the reflectivity and affect the normal output of the laser. Therefore, it must be checked regularly to ensure that the reflector is clean. When cleaning, absolute ethanol or special lens cleaning solution can be used. Dip it with absorbent cotton and wipe it carefully. When wiping, pay attention to avoid scratching the reflector surface with sharp objects.
2. The lower surface of the focusing lens metal laser cutting machine in the laser cutting machine may also be polluted by the workpiece volatiles, which also affects the laser output. Therefore, in the process of processing, we must pay attention to smoke exhaust and air blowing protection, and try to avoid the focus lens being polluted. If the focusing mirror is found to be contaminated, the following methods can be used to clean it:
(1) Remove the air blowing pipe, pressure ring and protective sleeve, and then carefully remove the focusing lens.
(2) Use the blowing balloon to blow away the floating dust on the surface of the focusing lens.
(3) Carefully clamp the degrease cotton ball with tweezers, dip it in absolute ethanol or special lens cleaner, and gently wipe the mirror surface from inside to outside in one direction. Replace the degrease cotton ball every time, until the dirt is cleaned.
The laser cutting machine is a kind of cutting tool for ordinary metal laser cutting machines, which can cut and process some sheet materials that need to be processed. What factors will affect the cutting effect of laser cutting machine? It mainly includes the following four points:
1. Laser beam quality. The beam generated by the laser actually has a certain divergence angle, so that when we use the laser cutting machine to cut the workpiece, we will form a certain taper, so the quality of the laser beam is important to the cutting accuracy. The focus does not need to be adjusted repeatedly after alignment, and it needs to be adjusted when obvious defects appear in the cutting effect.
2. Different cutting materials. Different cutting materials produce different cutting quality. When the laser is cutting, we will see the light spot moving on the workpiece. The smaller the light spot, the better the cutting quality. In addition to the laser beam quality affecting the spot, the material of the workpiece itself will also affect the spot size. For example, materials with high reflectivity of copper are not conducive to the formation of light spots, so copper has high requirements for laser cutting machines. Make sure to carry out necessary trial cutting before changing plates to ensure that there is no problem during processing.
3. The thickness of the material. In the case of the same material, the greater the thickness of the part to be cut, the wider the kerf, the lower the accuracy, and the cut edge is not very smooth.
4. Cutting speed. To achieve cutting, cutting speed is important. If other parameters remain unchanged, the laser cutting machine will not achieve good cutting effect if the cutting speed is too slow or too fast. If the cutting speed is too slow, the roughness of the slit may be very large. Accelerating the cutting speed can reduce the roughness, but if the cutting speed is too fast, it may not cut through. So it is very important to control the speed.
