In order to ensure that the laser is always in a normal working state, after two weeks of continuous operation or when it is not used for a period of time, the components in the optical path such as the laser lens should be checked before starting up to ensure that each optical component is free of dust pollution, mildew and other abnormal phenomena. 3、 Fastening and lubrication of screws and couplings

The steel belt is made of steel. Therefore, the steel belt should be checked frequently to avoid foreign matters or looseness.

After the movement system works for a period of time, the screws and couplings at the movement joints will become loose, which will affect the stability of the mechanical movement. During the operation of the machine, always observe whether the transmission parts have abnormal noise or abnormal phenomena, and use tools to tighten the screws one by one at intervals. The first fastening shall be about one month after the equipment is used.

Since the cutting machine is particularly sensitive to vibration, its working environment should be far away from the places with vibration sources such as punch press and heavy object handling. Anti vibration pads can be installed to avoid the impact of the environment on the machine. In addition, there are several synchronous belts in the drive system of the laser cutting machine. 5、 Precautions during daily maintenance

1. The installation fulcrum of the laser tube of the laser cutting machine should be reasonable, and the fulcrum should be at a quarter of the total length of the laser tube, otherwise, the laser spot mode of the laser tube will deteriorate, resulting in the decline of the laser power unable to meet the requirements;

2. The air suction device shall be checked and cleaned on schedule, and the air duct of the fan shall be cleaned, otherwise the dust will quickly pollute the lens and laser tube, which will easily oxidize all mechanical and electronic components, resulting in poor contact;

3. The power of power grid shall match the equipment itself;

4. The working current of the laser tube should be reasonable, and it can not work at full power for a long time. The power of the laser equipment should be adjusted to 50% – 60% of the total power when working. The laser should be used reasonably and the laser energy should be saved. The optical system should also be cleaned regularly, otherwise it will cause premature aging and cracking of the laser tube;

5. The dirt and dust on the machine body, cutting head, sensor and other parts shall be removed in time to keep the machine appearance clean;

6. Combustibles (such as gloves and rags) in the machine tool shall be cleaned in time to prevent fire during cutting;

7. The iron slag on the hopper waste truck shall be cleaned in time to ensure that the cutting waste can fall down smoothly;

8. Before the machine is jammed every day, carefully check whether the pressure of the working gas and the pressure reducing valve work normally to avoid insufficient air pressure, which will affect the quality of the cutting section;

9. Before use, check the connection of each gas pipe of the cutting head to determine whether the cooling water leaks, so as to ensure the normal supply of gas and cooling water;

10. During commissioning, a piece of ferrous metal material with good absorption performance shall be placed on the laser output optical path as the beam terminator to prevent fire accidents.
