Main contents of daily maintenance and upkeep of laser cutting machine
1. Dust prevention and removal: Dust can deteriorate the insulation performance of electrical components, leading to electrical breakdown, exacerbating the wear and tear of the motion system, leading to a decrease in accuracy, and weakening and no light output from the optical system. Usually, use a cloth to clean the exterior of the equipment, and use a long bristle brush and high-pressure air gun to clean the interior of the equipment.
2. Heat prevention and heat removal: Temperature rise will cause a decrease in the insulation performance of the equipment and a deterioration in the parameters of the components. Usually, it is specified that the working environment of the cutting machine should not exceed 40 ℃, with a temperature range of 20-25 ℃ being the most suitable.
3. Anti vibration and anti loosening: The cutting machine is particularly sensitive to vibration, and the working environment should be far away from places with vibration sources such as punching machines and heavy object handling. It is recommended to install anti vibration pads, and if the connection is loose, it should be reinforced again.
4. Anti interference and anti leakage: The electromagnetic environment of the cutting machine mainly includes three aspects: surrounding electromagnetic field, power supply quality, and signal electrical noise interference. Mobile phone high-frequency signals can sometimes interfere with the galvanometer cutting signal.
The frequency fluctuation range of the power grid with good power supply quality is ± 0.5%, and the width fluctuation range is 5%~± 10%. When the power supply quality is poor, a power regulator or UPS power supply should be configured. Sometimes point or magnetic coupling can occur between the signal line and the power line, as well as between the signal line and the signal line, causing electrical noise interference. For example, if the Q high-frequency signal line and the galvanometer signal line are intertwined, they should generally be separated by a certain distance. The grounding of the cutting machine casing not only prevents the risk of leakage, but also prevents the interference of the power grid on the equipment. If the customer’s installation environment does not have a ground wire, a flat iron with a length of 1m or more can be inserted into the outdoor underground for use as a ground wire. During temporary emergency use, the ground wire can be connected to the steel pipe for water supply.
Knowledge of electrical component maintenance and upkeep
Electrical components mainly refer to limit switches, sensors, operation buttons, work indicator lights, etc.
1. The limit switch laser cutting machine should check whether the limit switch is effective at least once a month. The steps are as follows: start the machine to return to zero and make the motion axis move to the limit position. If the motion axis reaches the limit position and stops moving, it indicates that the limit switch is working normally; If the limit switch continues to move when reaching the limit position, it indicates that it is damaged.
2. After disconnecting the relevant electrical connections for the maintenance of each button and indicator light, the multimeter measures whether the button contacts are connected and disconnected normally, intentionally triggering various working and alarm states, and tests whether the warning light and signal indicator light are normal.
