These slate coasters are a popular gift item for engravers, the crisp white engraving contrasts allows you to even engrave photographs on slate!
For laser engraving slate rock, we just wanted to graze the top layer.
So our settings on our Speedy 300 60w engraver were 100 power, 30 speed at 1000PPI.
