Due to the international standard thickness of steel cutting lines, the cutting seam must have a certain width, and the width of the cutting seam cannot be too narrow or too wide, because the loaded cutting line has the same thickness. If it’s too wide, the cut line won’t hold. If it is too narrow, it will be difficult to install the cutting line. Forced loading can be very laborious, causing the sheet to squeeze horizontally. The final dimensions of the bare board and the board also vary.

Including the front and back slits, the slits should be the same width. If the upper and lower widths of the upper fruit are not suitable, the plate will be bent and deformed after the tangent installation, and the final mold size will be deformed. The mold is scrapped.

When the above two aspects may reach the standard, it is the problem of cutting dimensional accuracy, which involves the motion accuracy, coordinate positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy of the machine tool. At present, the mold cutting industry has higher and higher requirements on the precision and size of laser molds. The allowable error of general printing mold is 0, 15-0, 2mm, and the allowable error of printed matter and blister mold is 0, 1-0, printing knife mold, leather knife mold is made of plexiglass plate, only the allowable error is not more than 0 , 1mm. The electronic knife model is relatively high, and the error is generally required to be around 0, so the accuracy requirements of the machine tool cannot be vague.

However, if the longitudinal cutting seam and the width of the cutting seam are well controlled, if the machine tool is not accurate, it will eventually lead to unqualified molds, or only some unnecessary molds can be made. Die dies do not need a common feature, which is a large supply. Because there are many people, the price must be very low (low requirements, naturally low prices).
