If the cutting speed is too slow:
1. The interaction time between the material and the laser is too long, resulting in excessive melting of the plate and rough cutting.
2. The gap becomes wider. It will cause excessive combustion on small rounded corners or sharp corners, and can not obtain ideal cutting effect.
3. The cutting efficiency is low, affecting the production capacity. Judgment method of cutting speed.
How to determine the appropriate cutting speed?
1. The cutting speed is reasonable: sparks are scattered from top to bottom, the cutting surface is smooth, and the lower part is free of slag;
2. Cutting speed is too fast: the cutting spark is inclined;
3. Cutting speed is too slow: cutting sparks gather together and do not spread.
