1. The optical fiber head in the cutting head is installed incorrectly.
Therefore, the main solution is to choose the correct installation method of optical fiber head. Most installers tend to assemble the cutting head freely, so as to tilt the installation direction of the optical fiber head, resulting in careless installation. We should try to install the fiber head horizontally inside the cutting head and lock it during installation. In addition, we can try to operate in a clean environment to avoid raising dust during installation, or choose to operate in the morning to prevent dust from entering the cutting head.
2. Poor sealing effect of cutting head
In order to seal the cutting head, even if it is manufactured according to German technology, it is not always able to ensure complete sealing. In addition, in the subsequent operation, due to the temperature difference between the interior (relatively high temperature) and exterior (relatively low temperature) of the cutting head, the air pressure is unbalanced and may cause dust to enter the cutting head, thus affecting its service life. Selecting qualified protective glasses and “O” type sealing rubber ring can ensure the sealing of cutting head and prevent dust from entering.
5. Improper operation of laser cutting machine
When operating the laser cutting machine, the equipment instructions and requirements must be strictly followed and the operation must be correct. Reduce the impact of incorrect handling on the cutting head.
6. Poor maintenance of cutting head
The cutting head shall be as clean and dry as possible and cleaned regularly.
7. Wrong selection of laser cutting process data parameters
First of all, we know that the laser cutting process can be divided into four categories: vaporization cutting, melting cutting, oxidation melting cutting and controlled fracture cutting. Because different cutting processes have different corresponding parameter data, including cutting capacity, plate type, plate thickness, auxiliary gas, etc., correct screening and cutting process is the key to protect the laser cutting head.
