1、 First is galvanometer. Avoid getting close to strong magnetic, electric and shock current objects, and avoid hands and objects contacting the galvanometer. If there is dust on the lens, you can use a rag and a small amount of alcohol to clean it, pay attention to wipe it in one direction;
2、 The laser in the case: clean the dust regularly, blow along the air duct with an air gun, and clean the relevant circuit board at the same time; The air gun is a good tool, which can also clean the laser chiller;
3、 Check whether the equipment is firmly grounded and whether the power cord and plug are complete to avoid leakage accidents.
4、 Add lubricating oil to movable parts such as lifting machinery and guide rail once a month. Regularly check whether the fan of the equipment is normal.
5、 Before use: check whether the software settings are changed and whether the function buttons and indicators are normal.
6、 After use: Use clean rags to clean the surface of the workbench, display and keyboard, and timely remove and clean the garbage. Especially after marking, clean the surrounding area and keep ventilation. Note: Please turn off the laser power before turning off the marking software, otherwise the life of the laser will be damaged.
7、 Replace the circulating water and clean water tank: clean the water once a week. Replace the water inside. The circulating water inside is too long, which is bad for the machine. The quality and temperature of the circulating water directly affect the service life of the laser tube. It is recommended to use pure water or distilled water, and control the water temperature below 35 ℃.
