The laser in the laser cutting machine is a sensitive current element. It is better to select a slow start circuit, and it must work within the limited current, and it must have a relatively strong surge absorption circuit. For normal use, please note that the laser can be warmed up first, and then turned on after the temperature control is balanced. For each use, the power can be turned down before the power is turned off, and then turned off, and turned up when the power is turned on, so as to avoid damage to the laser caused by overshoot in the circuit, and to ensure the stability of the power supply.

In order to ensure that the laser has always been in normal working condition, after two weeks of continuous operation or after stopping using for a period of time (it is sufficient to ensure that the equipment is clean), the components in the optical path such as the media diaphragm and lens protection glass should be checked before starting up to ensure that there are no dust pollution, mildew and other abnormal phenomena in the optical components. If there are any of the above phenomena, it should be handled in time to ensure that the optical components will not be damaged under strong laser irradiation.

The purity of cooling water is the key to ensure the laser output efficiency and the life of the laser condenser module. During use, the conductivity of the internal circulating water should be checked once a week to ensure that its conductivity is 30.5MW · cm. The internal circulating deionized water must be replaced once a month. The conductivity of the newly injected pure water must be 32MW · cm. Observe the color change of the ion exchange column in the cooling system at any time. Once the color of the resin in the exchange column becomes dark brown or even black, replace the resin immediately.

The equipment operator can often check the laser output spot with black image paper. Once the spot is uneven or the energy drops, the resonator of the laser should be adjusted in time to ensure the beam quality of the laser output. The typical spot image is as follows: the adjustment of the laser resonator with the adjusted spot but not adjusted.

Note: When a strong laser directly irradiates wood and other flammable materials, it will produce an open fire. During the debugging process, a piece of black metal material with good absorption performance should be placed on the optical path of the laser output as the beam terminator to prevent fire accidents.

The maintenance of the laser must be carried out by specially trained personnel, otherwise serious artificial damage will easily occur.
