How to maintain the laser head of the laser cutting machine?
Maintenance of cutting head exceeding 10kw
(1) Before using the cutting head, it is recommended to wrap a layer of tape around the cutting head to prevent dust in the gap from entering the cutting head during subsequent maintenance.
(2) After the internal lens of 10kw cutting head is dirty or damaged, it is recommended to replace it. It is not recommended to clean it to avoid secondary pollution.
(3) In addition to replacing the protective mirror of 10kw cutting head, it can also be operated on the cutting machine. The replacement of upper protective lens and collimating focusing lens must be carried out in a dust-free environment.
(4) Check the lens of 10kw cutting head. First, use the white paper to check whether there are black spots in the red light of the fiber laser, and then output the laser at low power. Check this point with black photosensitive paper. Finally, remove the lens and examine it under a microscope.
