With the temperature rising, the humidity in the air is high. The scientific maintenance of large metal optical fiber laser cutting machine can not only avoid some minor faults, but also improve the cutting efficiency and prolong the service life of important parts of the equipment.
The temperature difference between day and night is large in spring, and attention should be paid to the following when maintaining the optical fiber laser cutting machine:
1、 Avoid condensation of dew
The temperature of cooling water shall not be too different from that of air. The laser and optical lens of the laser cutting machine are both water-cooled. As the water in the air will condense into water when it is cold, when the temperature of the cooling water is 5-7 degrees lower than the room temperature, there will be dew condensation on the surface of the laser and optical lens, which greatly affects the light output efficiency of the laser and the transmission of the optical lens, and has a great impact on the laser energy and the service life of the optical accessories. It is recommended that the majority of laser cutting machine users set the water temperature at 30-32 degrees, and control the temperature difference between cooling water and room temperature to be greater than 7 degrees.
Damp and hot weather will also make RF laser inside and outside, glass laser tube outside and around, laser power supply and various parts of laser equipment wet or dewy, which will lead to a variety of failures, thus seriously affecting the normal production of users. The fault caused by the above reasons is not within the normal warranty scope.
2、 In summer, when the humidity is high, pay attention to:
1. When the laser equipment is shut down, the water cooler should also be shut down to prevent moisture or condensation under shutdown due to excessive temperature difference;
2. It is recommended that the air conditioner should not be turned off in harsh environments to keep the indoor temperature constant. Or every time you start the machine, turn on the air conditioner for half an hour and then turn on the power of the chiller and laser equipment.
3. The laser equipment is of open design. It is recommended to isolate the air conditioning room to control the indoor temperature and humidity, which is equivalent to that the laser equipment works in an isolated space (no dust, no humidity and constant temperature), which can effectively avoid failures caused by moisture or condensation and high temperature;
