1. The slit width generally does not affect the cutting quality. When a fine summary is made in the part, the slit width has an important impact. This is because the slit width determines the small diameter of the summary. When the thickness of the plate is added, the slit width will also be added. So if you want the same high precision, no matter how large the cutting width, the workpiece should be stable in the processing area of the laser cutting machine;

3. The straightness of the cutting seam is good, and the heat affected area is small. When the thickness of the processed material exceeds 18 mm, the straightness of the cutting edge is very important; When away from the focus, the laser beam becomes divergent. According to the orientation of the focus, the cut becomes wider towards the top or bottom. The cutting edge is several millimeters away from the straight line of the pen. The straighter the edge is, the higher the cutting quality is;

4. The thermal effect of cutting material, as the application equipment of hot cutting processing, will form a thermal effect on the material in the process of application, which mainly includes three aspects: a. the heat affected area; B. Depression and corrosion; C. The heat-affected area during material deformation refers to the area heated along the cutting edge during laser cutting. Together, the structure of the material itself changes. For example, some materials will harden.

The heat-affected zone refers to the regional change of the internal structure due to high temperature; However, depression and corrosion have a negative impact on the appearance of the cut edge, affecting the appearance. They appear in the cutting error that should be avoided in general; Then if the cutting causes the part to overheat, it will deform.

This is very important in finishing, because the summary and connecting piece here are generally only a few tenths of a millimeter wide. Controlling the laser power and using short laser pulses can reduce the heating of parts and prevent deformation.

It can be seen that it is not easy for a qualified laser cutting machine to pass the test. It is suggested that the buyer should carefully study the characteristics of processing materials before purchasing the equipment, adjust the parameters for cutting, and investigate the quality of samples after cutting.
