First, let’s take a look at the causes of the alarm of the chiller:
1. There is a problem with the power supply voltage of machinery and equipment, or even the voltage is too low, which affects the operation of the chiller and causes an alarm;
2. There is too little cooling water in the chiller to provide circulating water for operation;
3. The water pipe and laser pipe of the chiller are blocked, affecting normal operation;
4. Alarm when the water temperature of the chiller is too high due to long-term operation of the machine;
5. Low water temperature of chiller will also cause alarm;
6. The water pump in the chiller gives an alarm due to abnormal water outflow;
The above are the causes of the chiller alarm. How can we deal with these causes?
1. The optical fiber laser cutting machine must be equipped with a voltage regulator to ensure stable voltage;
2. Fill the chiller with purified water to ensure sufficient circulating water;
3. Clean the water pipe of the chiller to ensure smooth water passage;
4. Replace the existing water of the chiller or stop the chiller for 1 hour;
5. If the water temperature alarm is too low, warm water can be added appropriately to ensure that the water temperature is maintained at about 20 degrees;
6. Repair or replace the chiller.
