Calling in an air strike, is all in a days work for Joint Terminal Attack Controllers, or JTAC’s. A new tool is being tested at Nellis AFB that could help lighten their load on the battlefield. It’s called a hand-held laser marker, or H-L-M, and is the first of its kind.
