1. The purchase cost of YAG laser cutting machine for processing angle is low, and it can cut highly reflective materials, such as aluminum, copper and other non-ferrous materials. However, YAG laser cutting machine is almost a uniform low-power laser cutting machine, which can only cut sheet materials below 8mm. Compared with fiber laser cutting machine, the cutting efficiency is much slower and lower than that of fiber laser cutting machine. Fiber laser technology can achieve very high power in a very small package, so it occupies a small area and saves space.
2. From the perspective of cost, YAG laser is a laser that has been developed for decades, and the technology is mature, so the price of YAG laser cutting machine is relatively cheap. However, with the popularization of fiber lasers, this advantage is becoming weaker and weaker. In addition, YAG laser cutting machine consumes more power during processing.
3. Maintenance angle Since there is no optical lens in the resonant cavity of the fiber laser, it has the advantages of no adjustment, no maintenance and high stability, so component maintenance and replacement are relatively simple.
