1. The quality and temperature of the circulating water of the laser marking machine directly affect the service life of the laser tube. It is recommended to use pure water and control the water temperature below 32 ℃. If the temperature exceeds 32 ℃, it is necessary to replace the circulating water, or add ice to the water to reduce the water temperature. It is important to clean the water tank of the laser marking machine regularly.
2. Cleaning of the fan of the laser marking machine: If the fan is used for a long time, it will accumulate a lot of impurities and dust in the fan, which will make the fan produce a lot of noise, which is not conducive to exhaust and deodorization. When the suction of the fan of the laser marking machine is insufficient and the smoke is not smooth, please turn off the power supply, remove the air inlet and outlet pipes on the fan, remove the dust inside, turn the fan upside down, and pull the fan blades inside until it is clean, and then install the fan.
3. Cleaning of the lens of the laser marking machine: When the laser marking machine is turned off, clean it before work every day. The lens of the laser marking machine is easy to be stained with dust or other pollutants, resulting in laser loss or lens damage. To clean the lens of the laser marking machine, remove the lens, and carefully wipe the lens with wiping paper dipped with cleaning solution from the center to the edge of the lens. It is worth noting that when wiping the lens of the laser marking machine, you should handle it gently and wipe it gently. When installing the focusing lens, you must keep the concave side downward.
