During the use of the laser cutting machine, due to the influence of materials, processes, environmental conditions and human factors, the technical state of the equipment will deteriorate, and various failures will inevitably occur, the function and accuracy of the equipment will be reduced, and even the whole machine will lose its use value. It is necessary for enterprises to know and master some common faults and solutions, keep the on-site laser cutting machine in good condition, improve the utilization rate and extend the service life to improve the economic benefits.
1. No response after startup
Whether the power fuse is burnt: replace the fuse; Whether the power input is normal: check the power input and make it normal; Whether the main power switch is damaged: replace the main power switch.
2. No laser output or weak laser
Whether the light path is offset: carefully adjust the light path; Whether the reflector lens is polluted or damaged: clean or replace the reflector lens; Whether the focusing focal length of the laser cutting machine changes: readjust the focal length; Whether the focusing lens is polluted: clean the focusing lens; Whether the cooling water quality or water temperature is normal: replace the clean cooling water to make its temperature reach the normal value; Whether the cooling water is circulating: dredge the cooling water circuit; Whether the laser tube is damaged or aged: replace the laser tube; Whether the laser power supply is powered on: check the laser power supply circuit to make it normal; Whether the temperature of the whole machine is too high: 1. Shut down the machine to lower the temperature; 2. Ventilation enhances heat dissipation of the machine; 3. Adjust the ambient temperature; Whether the laser power supply is damaged: replace the laser power supply.
3. Cutting/engraving depth is not ideal
Whether the cutting/engraving processing parameters are normal: set appropriate processing parameters; Whether the laser power setting is normal: set the laser power correctly; Laser output is weak: see point 2.
4. Computer and device are not online
Whether the scanning switch is on: turn on the scanning switch; Whether the motion system is powered on: check the power supply of the motion system and make it normal; Whether the DSP motion control card is damaged: replace the DSP motion control card; Whether the signal line is loose: plug the signal line plug again and fix it.
5. Processing size error or action error
Whether the grounding of the whole machine and computer is normal: the equipment and computer are well grounded; Whether the signal line is normal: replace the signal line. Computer operating system failure or virus infection: reinstall the operating system or antivirus; Whether the computer operates normally: replace or handle the computer properly; Unstable power supply or interference signal: add voltage stabilizer or eliminate interference signal; Whether the application software is normal: reinstall the software and the drive software of the motion control card; Whether the processing parameters are set correctly (such as layout): reset the corresponding parameters; Whether the preparation of processing program is normal: check the prepared processing program and modify it until it is normal.
6. Sliding block movement is not ideal
Whether the trolley slideway and slider are polluted: clean the slideway and slider; Whether the guide rail is polluted: clean the guide rail and add lubricating oil; Whether the transmission gear is loose: fasten the transmission gear; Whether the transmission belt is loose: adjust the belt tension.
