First, ensure that the beam from the laser tube can pass through the center of the first reflector (the light spot must be complete).
Secondly: When adjusting the second reflector, place a dimmer block on the second reflector, move the beam to the position closest to the first frame, click the spotlight, and mark it. To prevent laser radiation from harming you, please cover it and use a non-metallic plate to test it, test the approximate position of the light spot, and then adjust it. Gradually move the gantry to the farthest position from the first mirror frame, and then press this point. If the two marks are inconsistent, please adjust the copper screw on the first reflector to make the two laser spots consistent. (Debugging until two points coincide completely).
Third: When adjusting the third mirror, place a dimmer block on the third mirror (an object that can be marked), and then move the cart (the exciter head) to a position close to the second mirror., Same as the second step below), so that the low beam end and the high beam end are completely coincident, and the light spot should hit the center of the light hole of the car (laser head), (the laser head cuts the object moving out of the middle of the machine, pay attention to the perpendicularity)
Fourth: If the laser does not fall into the center of the optical hole, such as up and down deviation: please raise or lower the laser tube. Internal and external deviation: use the second reflector for internal or external adjustment. If you adjust the position of the laser tube or reflector frame, you need to perform the second and third steps again
